KHHI uses PayPal as its online gateway which is one of the most secured online payment processors. It uses SSL system, a very sophisticated mechanism which is completely buyer friendly as it provides “Buyer’s Protection Policy” where he can dispute his payment if he is not happy with the seller or the product.

Payment Policy

KHHI offers both online and offline payment options. PayPal and HBL (Himalayan Bank LTD) are the two online gateways to process any payment and these systems are 100% safe and buyer friendly. Similarly, a buyer can use/do bank wire (SWIFT) or money transfer agents like Western Union, Money Grams etc to pay thru offline mode. Hard Cash is also entertained on behalf of the buyer.

Information Usage

All the personal information shared to KHHI is kept very secured and used only for shipping purpose. Also any conversations, correspondence etc during a buy is never shared with any third person/party. Likewise purchase details like invoice, bills are never shared or shown and always kept under password protected folders.

Refund policy

Refund policy is entertained under the various circumstances where there is significance flaw or damage or negligence from the company (which is actually very rare). However KHHI discourages refunding and hence looks towards solving any issue on both professional and personal level. KHHI holds the right to issue any refund. See also “Lifetime Warranty” policy.


KHHI appraises replacement claim by any customer and makes its final decision depending on the proof, evidence and circumstances after thorough investigation is done. KHHI eagerly looks forward to solving such issue. It also holds the right to object a replacement claim. See also “Lifetime Warranty” policy.


All shipments from KHHI are well insured from damage, theft and stolen. In such cases it will claim the insurance on behalf of the buyer and process for either replacement or refund. KHHI will work closely with the buyer in such cases.


Product prices are annually changed/revised if necessary during the month of July-August after the completion of Nepal’s Fiscal year. Some products price may be increased if/when necessary due to excessive increase in raw materials’ prices. Prices can be increased without the prior notice or consent of the buyer/s.

Time Frame

KHHI standard time frame is 15-20 days to forward an order to the shipper than another 3-7 days to make the delivery to the buyer’s place. Order time frame entirely depends on the quantity and availability of the products which will be clearly mentioned in the official sales invoice. Please be notified that above mentioned time frame are only for working days. Time frame can change due to various circumstances for which KHHI will notify the buyer.

However KHHI believes in working together to benefit both parties under mutual ground so it always ready to hear from the customer to solve such issue.
